PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: As an Area Manager, you are responsible for the overall supervision of the operations of Auntie Anne’s Company-Owned Stores in the assigned region and area based on the standard operating procedures. Assist the Regional Manager in developing, recommending and implementing business development plans, policies and procedures in line with company’s goals and objectives; and to achieve the maximum profitability available for store operations consistent with Auntie Anne’s standards.
Job Specifications
To work hand in hand with the Regional Manager in ensuring that the Sales Performance of the Company Owned stores achieves/preferably exceeds its sales targets based on the approved budget and in line with its maximum sales potential for a given period.
Assist the Regional Manager in screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates or applicants for Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, Shift Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Pretzel Specialists (if needed) to aid recruitment in the area of assignment.
Conduct performance evaluation of store personnel that may lead to recommendations of promotions, demotions or terminations, salary adjustments, and special allowances if necessary.
Periodically assess the performance of stores and personnel for recommendations of additional training or job enrichment.
Conduct performance feedback to the store heads based on standard operating procedures to strictly monitor the consistency and adherence of Standard Operating Procedures.
Meet with store heads regularly to hear and address needs and concerns to provide directions, guidelines, and procedures in facing day to day operations.
Assist the Regional Manager in developing and conceptualizing employees’ sales and performance incentives, shop incentives, individual incentives, group incentives, overall shop performance.
Visit areas of responsibility regularly to strictly monitor store operations, particularly, the elements of Auntie Anne’s Three-fold Philosophy, and correct as needed.
Review weekly comparative sales reports and utilize trend analysis information to forecast store sales, provide direction to Store Heads for appropriate adjustments in staffing, and control expenses.
Constantly monitoring store labor cost reports, cost of goods, variable cost reports, equipment updates, and stores' physical status and providing strategic direction in achieving operations plans and goals for the short- and long-term business plan of PPI.
Provide input and participate in the development and implementation of sales building strategies and programs in the area of responsibility/region and for individual stores.
Offer consultation and recommendations to store managers on overcoming operations challenges.
Collaborate and coordinate with other departments regarding concerns, requests, or updates to ensure alignment with the Area of assignment.
Address and resolve customer complaints, operational issues, or team conflicts.
Update sales reports on a daily basis. Prepare and present monthly reports on sales, customer metrics, and area performance including factors that affect sales.
Ensures that there is a plotted schedule for their store heads to the HR Timekeeping system and checks all the applied forms within the cutoffs.
And to perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Regional Manager

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php32,000.00 per month
