JOB SUMMARY
The Area Sales Head leads and manages the sales operations. The role is responsible for achieving sales target through effective strategies, people development and operational excellence. This position is critical in building and sustaining long-term relationships with clients, intermediaries and strategic partners to strengthen the Company's market presence and reputation.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing or any related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working for a non-life insurance, 2-3 years of which in a leadership or managerial role
- Thorough understanding of non-life insurance products
- Strong sales planning, execution and negotiation capabilities
- Excellent leadership and team management
- Results-driven
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
