- With the experience of at least 3 to 4 years in the Retail Industry
- Can handle the Entire CEBU Provinces Store
- Monitoring and strategies to achieved monthly sales quota.
- Organizing cleanliness of stores.
- People Management (such as scheduling, evaluation, and instilling discipline and values).
- Facilitating store auditing (weekly / monthly)
- Implementing and establish store operation procedure
- Create and improve the operation manual.
- Accountable for the safety and security of the stores
- In charge of the opening of new stores.
- Looking for a potential store location for expansion.
- Other tasks may be assigned from time to time by the executive management.
