- Supervise and support daily operations across multiple retail stores in the assigned area.
- Lead, coach, and develop store managers and their teams to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
- Monitor store performance through sales reports, KPIs, and customer feedback.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure visual merchandising, cleanliness, and customer service standards are upheld.
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of store-level employees.
- Identify training needs and provide support to improve staff performance and product knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory procedures, and loss prevention practices.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints and operational issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the corporate office on promotional campaigns, product launches, and company initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to make informed recommendations for improvement.
