QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, Operations Management, or Business Administration; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in food manufacturing or processing, with at least 5 years in senior operational or technical leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, plant operations, and supply chain dynamics in the food industry.
- Demonstrated financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and performance analysis.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing change in fast-paced environments.
- Solid knowledge of regulatory compliance (FDA, USDA, OSHA, etc.) and quality systems (HACCP, SQF, ISO).
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
ROLES:
- Support the COO in overseeing the day-to-day operations of facility, including production, engineering, quality, and logistics.
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing operational strategies that improve productivity, reduce costs, and maintain product quality.
- Drive data-informed decision-making by analyzing operational and financial metrics (OEE, yield, cost per unit, EBITDA contribution).
- Collaborate with the CFO/finance team to develop and manage operating budgets, capital expenditure plans, and cost-control measures.
- Provide technical leadership on plant systems, equipment upgrades, process improvement initiatives, and automation projects.
- Oversee large-scale capital investments and technical projects from design through implementation.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, FDA, GMP), workplace safety, and environmental standards.
- Identify opportunities for innovation in processing, packaging, energy use, and supply chain optimization.
- Assist in M&A evaluations and post-acquisition integration, when applicable.
- Represent the COO in internal and external meetings as required.

Pay: Php120,000.00 - Php150,000.00 per month
