This department operates within the Regional Operations Center of Excellence (CoE) department. CoE focuses on driving best practices, innovation and operational excellence across the markets, ensuring alignment with our goals and delivering exceptional customer and partner experiences. Get to Know the Role
We are looking for an Assistant Manager for our Regional Center of Excellence (COE) for Driver Operations, based in Pasig, Philippines. You will report directly to the Head of Regional Center of Excellence for Driver Operations. You will offer an exciting opportunity to lead and optimize driver operations across our regional network.
You will be onsite and the office is in Pasig City.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Process Optimization: Design and optimize scalable, tech-enabled processes for driver oeprations.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze operational data and qualitative feedback to identify inefficiencies, surface opportunities, and make strategic recommendations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with Country Operations Teams, Cross-Functional Teams, Product Owners, and Vendor Partners to align priorities and ensure seamless execution.
- Vendor Management: Oversee vendor performance, implement best practices, and ensure consistent delivery across countries and verticals (PayOps, Quality, and Training).
- Project Leadership: Lead key projects to re-engineer processes, introduce innovations, and drive improvements across the driver journey.
- Change Management: Act as a change agent to drive adoption of new processes and tools within the team and across markets.
- Reporting and Accountability: Harmonize priorities, align OKRs, and drive cross-functional accountability to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 4–6 years of relevant work experience in process design, operations management, or a similar role. Experience in regional or global operations will help perform the role.
- Experience designing scalable processes and driving operational efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in e-commerce, FinTech, or platform ecosystems.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
