About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Operations Manager to support day-to-day operations across our construction projects. You will assist in coordinating site activities, managing resources, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and improving operational efficiency. This role is ideal for a candidate with a solid foundation in construction processes and strong organizational skills who is ready to grow into a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Operations Manager in planning and executing construction activities across multiple sites
- Assist with scheduling, procurement, and logistics to ensure smooth site operations
- Monitor site progress, budgets, and timelines; flag potential delays or issues
- Help manage subcontractors, suppliers, and labor resources
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies on all sites
- Maintain accurate records, including daily logs, reports, and compliance documentation
- Liaise with site supervisors, engineers, and project managers to ensure project milestones are met
- Participate in quality control inspections and audits
- Coordinate material deliveries and inventory control
- Assist in preparing reports for management and clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in construction or operations management
- Strong understanding of construction procedures, project scheduling, and resource planning
- Familiarity with construction software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Excel)
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects and under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance (OSHA, local building codes)
Preferred Qualifications:
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Experience with commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects
- Understanding of Lean Construction principles or process improvement methods
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php65,000.00 per month
