Assistant Service Coordinator
i. Comply with all requirements (new requirements and renewal of existing requirements) required by the clients and projects such as medical. training, and other projects requirements.

ii. Initiate requests for project needs such as meal, gas allowance, rental, etc.

iii. Monitoring of payment completion

iv. Carry out liquidations and reimbursements of fund used within the departments.

v. Handling revolving funds

vi. Carry out services related communications or any services related coordination required by the Technical Services Department Head/Supervisor.

vii. Attendance of service team

viii. Act as sub/assistant to the technical services coordinator whenever needed (in scheduling and coordination tasks) easpecially during peak seasons/day off/leave.

Sales Secretary

i. Monitoring PPE, Chemicals, Consumables & Equipments

ii. Coordinate with request for sanitation

iii. Preparation of delivery receipt (chemical, consumables, and ppe)

iv. Checking of deliveries

v. Updating of sales invoice received

vi. Answering and transferring calls (incoming and outgoing)

vii. Preparation or dispatching of DR and SI transmittal form (outgoing)

viii. Booking shipment for Cebu and Davao deliveries

viiii. Schedule of deliveries

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s Degree of any four-year course

· Previous administrative experience preferred

· Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

· The ability to work well under deadlines and multitask
