- Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering, Business Management or it's equivalent
- With at least two to three years of administrative experience
- Must have an experience in Real Estate industry
- Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees including employees coming from service providers
- Supervises clerical and administrative personnel by communicating job expectations, appraising job results
- Coordinates with building clients and tenants for matters concerning building administration and operations
- Creates, forecasts, and monitors administrative budget and operating expenses.
- Willing to be assigned in Cebu City
