Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This entry-level role is open for recent graduates with a passion for social media, email marketing, and digital engagement. You will assist in creating and managing content across various platforms, maintain a consistent brand presence online, and help track and analyze campaign performance. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow your skills in a fast-paced marketing environment.
- Assist in creating, scheduling, and managing content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Help maintain the social media calendar and ensure a consistent brand voice
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to basic inquiries or comments
- Track performance metrics and prepare simple reports using analytics tools
- Support in executing email campaigns and newsletters
- Help segment email lists and monitor campaign results (e.g., open rates, clicks, unsubscribes)
Qualifications
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and their basic functions
- Basic understanding of content creation and brand voice consistency across digital channels
- Strong interest in social media marketing and audience engagement best practices
- Ability to monitor and respond to online interactions in a professional and timely manner
- Exposure to or willingness to learn analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics)
- Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar)
- Comfortable working with email list segmentation and analyzing campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates, etc.)
- Good written communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of digital marketing
- Open to fresh graduates
- Amenable to work onsite, Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM.
