Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive training programs, ensuring delivery of consistent and engaging content
- Lead simulation-based training sessions to reinforce learning objectives and promote skill development
- Provide ongoing support to trainees by responding to questions and facilitating understanding
- Uphold and enforce the company's code of conduct, fostering a respectful and productive training environment
- Assess trainee readiness and recommend deployment to the production floor based on performance and progress
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times to serve as a model for trainees
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and collaboration
- Support the development and refinement of training materials and job aids as time allows
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of any business-related course (Associate or Bachelor's)
- Has 1 year of training or teaching experience in a classroom set-up
- Has experience in creating process documents or training tutorials
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and Excel) and instructional software
- Has BPO experience for at least 6 months
- Exposed to multiple customer relation management (CRM) systems
- Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
- Certification from talent and training association is a plus
