RP-Bahrain Harvest, Inc. (RPBH), member of AMA Group/banana export, is looking for a highly qualified and experienced Audit Officer (Managerial) to join its team in Alabel, Sarangani. This role is vital in upholding the company’s standards of integrity, compliance, and operational excellence in its banana export operations.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Accountancy or a related course
- CPA or CIA preferred
- 2-3 years audit experience; background in agribusiness is an advantage
- Proficient in auditing payroll, inventory, production, and financials
- Field audit experience, particularly with labor contractors
- Strong attention to detail and excellent report writing skills
- Competent in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting tools
- Willing to travel to farms and packinghouses
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits covering financial, operational, and compliance areas
- Review and evaluate internal controls, processes, and systems
- Identify audit findings and provide actionable recommendations
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
- Prepare clear and accurate audit reports and documentation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php50,000.00 per month
