Lead the risk-based auditing processes in office, stores and warehouses, recommend enhancements to policies and procedures and manage audit team to help the organization achieve operational efficiency and profitability.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Oversee over-all audit activities in the office, store, warehouses of Seattle and Valenzuela; starting from planning to completion:
-Scheduling, planning, completion risk-based audit and reporting activities according to established policies
-Gathering accurate data for reconciliation
-Evaluate current audit procedures, recommend improvements and solutions
v Reporting and presenting findings to the management
· Audit office, store and warehouse operations such as but not limited to:
v Visit warehouse once a week or as needed to monitor warehouse audit personnel
v Matching physical inventory with data in the inventory management system
v Counterchecking audit of ins and out of inventoriable items in office
v Reviewing accounting operations
è Billed /unbilled shipments
è Official receipts
è Accounts receivables
è Accounts payables
è Sales invoice and delivery receipts
è Utilization and liquidation of petty cash fund and travel allowances
· Maintain monitoring on consignment and warehouse inventory audits
· Evaluate performance of Audit Staff and provide appropriate feedback
· Ensure that all observations, findings and recommendations are properly documented and endorsed
· Supervise Audit Teams in both NYC and Warehouse to ensure quality and timely delivery
· Organize trainings for Audit Team for skill development
· Ensure that all Promodizer’s Clearances are released accurately and timely.
· Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Job Requirements:
· Internal audit or controls and compliance experience from a retail industry is preferred
· Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedure, laws, rules and regulations
· Attention to details and accuracy
· Strong verbal and written communication, report drafting and presentation skills
· Excellent communication and presentation skills

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
