Automation Specialist

We’re looking for someone who understands how systems connect. If you love streamlining processes, building workflows in n8n, and figuring out how to make software talk to each other - this could be the role for you.
About the role
You’ll work across client projects to design and build automations that cut down on manual tasks and improve efficiency. From mapping workflows to integrating CRMs, proposal tools, comms platforms, and websites, your job is to make the back-end run better - end to end.
You’ll sit in on client strategy sessions with our team to understand their systems and pain points, then go away and build automations that solve those problems. We’ll support you with communication, project direction, and client management - your focus is on delivering functional, maintainable automations that actually work.
Who we’re looking for
You:
- Have hands-on experience with n8n (or experience with other tools like Zapier, Make, etc.) - but we will utilise n8n.
- Understand how APIs, keys, and webhooks work.
- Can troubleshoot and edit code nodes when needed (JavaScript or similar).
- Have a logical, systems-based mind and understand flowcharts and dependencies.
- Know how to test your work and keep things stable over time.
- Are comfortable working across a variety of platforms like Xero, Slack, Webflow, WordPress, Google Workspace, Stripe, and Monday.com, etc.
- Can identify problems in a business process and spot where automation fits in.
- Are proactive, accountable, and confident to give things a go before asking for help.
- Bonus if you’ve worked with AI tools, agents, or documented systems before.
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain automations primarily in n8n.
- Join client calls to understand their business operations and requirements.
- Plan, scope, and build automation flows across a variety of platforms.
- Work with our creative, dev, and comms team to integrate automation into the wider strategy.
- Test, troubleshoot, and document your work.
- Report on system performance and flag opportunities for improvement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
