The Automation Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of the automated and computerized systems used in the manufacturing of pharmaceutical products. This role is critical to ensuring maximum equipment uptime, operational efficiency, and strict adherence to cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and other regulatory standards.

Qualifications:
1. An Associate's Degree in Automation, Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical field is highly preferred.
2. Preferably with NCII Certificate.
3. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as an Automation or Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
4. Direct experience in a cGMP-regulated industry (pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device) is a significant advantage.
5. Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, Motor control troubleshooting and repair.
6. Familiar with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMIs (Human-Machine Interface).
