CITICON is looking for a Plant Supervisor - an experienced leader with a strong grasp of plant operations and a commitment to quality and service excellence.
✅ Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of solid experience in ready-mix concrete batching plant operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role, is required.
- Well-versed in batching plant operations & systems, concrete quality standards, and truck & heavy equipment maintenance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage pressure and multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Educational background in Engineering - preferably Civil, but Mechanical and Industrial are welcome.
- Willing to be assigned to Laguna, Batangas or Cavite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the daily operations of the batching plant, ensuring the timely and accurate production of ready-mix concrete.
- Supervise plant personnel and coordinate closely with Maintenance, Operations, and Quality Control teams.
- Identify operational issues and implement measures to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Enforce safety protocols and implement a zero-accident environment.
- Generate reports for management related to production, plant and equipment status, safety, and other relevant documentation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
