· Endeavors to the best of his/her ability to create good rapport with client of the hospital.
· Check Philhealth requirements
· Deduct Philhealth benefits, in corresponding correct ICD code
· Check patient’s benefits in Philhealth portals
· Explain rules and regulation and service of Philhealth
· Attends to patient and relative inquiries
· Keeps patient file and records and maintain properly and confidentiality
· Helps to file the transmittal to Philhealth.
· Encode the entire patient with Philhealth deduction.
· Transmit Philhealth claims thru E-claims
· Carries out other related tasks that may be designated to or required of the job.
