QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate or undergraduate of Business, Marketing, or any related course
- Minimum of 2 years solid experience in bidding, procurement, or government project documentation
- Familiar with PHILGEPS and other procurement platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other online tools
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in preparing formal documents
- Strong sense of integrity, confidentiality, and commercial awareness
- Willing to work full-time, on-site, and under pressure during bidding deadlines
- Residence within Pampanga province is a plus
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AS A BIDDING OFFICER (TWG):
- Prepare, compile, and organize complete bidding documents (Eligibility, Technical, and Financial)
- Monitor and track bidding opportunities via PHILGEPS and relevant platforms
- Coordinate with suppliers, TWG team, and project heads for procurement and compliance
- Assist in canvassing, purchasing, and supporting special project documentation needs
- Submit timely reports and updates for ongoing and completed bids
