Job Description:
The Billing Associate is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and issuing accurate Billing to clients in a timely manner. This role ensures that all billing data is complete and accurate, and that all client requirements are met. The Billing Associate works closely with internal teams such as operations HR Timekeeper, Accounting/Finance, and especially to the client, to resolve discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and issue client billing/invoices based on contract terms and billing schedules.
· Validate billing data (e.g., timekeeping summary, DTR's attachment, topsheet) to ensure accuracy.
· Coordinate with internal departments and clients to resolve billing issues or discrepancies.
· Maintain accurate records of billing activities and documentation.
· Monitor and follow up on pending or delayed billings.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and client-specific billing requirements.
· Support audits and provide documentation as needed.
· Update billing systems and ensure data integrity.
· Identify opportunities for process improvements.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
· At least 1-2 years of billing or accounting experience (BPO/Shared Services experience is a plus).
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and billing/accounting software.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
· Familiarity with billing/invoicing in a service-based or project-based environment.
· Experience handling client-specific billing formats and portals.
· Basic understanding of accounting principles.

Pay: Php16,770.00 per month
