OVERVIEW
BIM operators need to be employed to prepare BIM works for Depot Building (Modelling, Clash Detection, CP106 coordination etc.). It is also expected that they will also contribute to the design drawing preparation instead of the previous designer (NK). The BIM operators will also support us to prepare the CTD / RFP / Material Approval documents during the construction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare BIM Model for Coordination of all the services to avoid clashes between Architecture, Structure and MEP.
- Prepare Clash detection Report for Presentation (via Naviswork Manage / Revit 3D view / CAD) and resolve all clash detection between systems and other trades.
- Coordinate with Designers and with other JV departments.
- Manage to adjust and changes to a variety of detailed drawings as required by site
- Review and check accuracy of drawings prior to issuance for Construction drawings
- Create, coordinate, develop, 2D drawings and 3D BIM models
- Strong knowledge in using BIM modeling software (e.g. Revit, AutoCAD, AutoCAD Suite, Navis Works)
- Ensure the quality of models as describe in the BIM execution plan
- Produce BIM model to propose the modified design for future design changes
- Produce visual images (CG) with using BIM and rendering software
QUALIFICATIONS
- Engineering / Architecture Graduate (BIM Certificate is an advantage)
- With 5+ years software experience with BIM / 2D and 3D AutoCad / Revit / Navisworks / Rendering Software
- Good knowledge and understanding of Building Design and Construction
- Fluency in the current version of Revit Software, Autodesk Navis Works, Autodesk CAD Works, and Rendering Software
- Have experience working in Construction and Engineering
- Excellent in written and oral communication for building design
- Ability to read and understand design drawings, construction drawings and specifications
- Be good at communicating with Japanese Staff (can converse in English language)

Working Conditions
- Full Onsite, Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Project-based employment with a six-month contract renewal
