Duties and Responsibilities:
- Directly responsible for the overall performance of his sales territory.
- Plans the overall sales strategy of the van in order to achieve its monthly sales targets.
- Ensure attainment of his sales target, maximum distribution and sales of all product lines.
- Maximizes development of trade in his territory by continuous and intensive effort to expand reach and distribution of product range carried customer outlets to ensure business growth.
- Ensure the company’s financial exposure is at a minimum by following standard policies and procedures in credit & collection.
- Prepare timely and accurate reports on his daily sales activities, trade development and competitive activities.
- Secure customer orders through personal and phone sales calls.
- Continually prospect and qualify new customers.
- Acquire new customers and maintain good relationship with existing customers.
- Manage dissatisfied customers with prompt resolution of any product or service problems that may occur.
- Tastefully promote and market the company’s products to customers.
- Responsible for the management of credit & collection of his assigned accounts and his entire assigned van unit.
- Look out and reports competitor’s activities within their sales territories.
- Conduct all business transactions in a manner that coincides with the high ethical standards that the company maintains.
- May be assigned to other areas as required by the management.
- Protect at all times the interest of the company.
- May perform such other duties as may be assigned.
