BOOKKEEPER - Hybrid/Onsite (Batangas City)
Job Description:
- Data Entry
- Manage accurate and timely payroll processing
- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
- Prepare and maintain financial reports for management review
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Management, Accounting or equivalent
- Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Experience in payroll management
- Knowledgeable in using QuickBooks
- Expert in using Microsoft Excel
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- High level of INTEGRITY
- Intelligent
- Flexible
- Fast learner
- Good work attitude
- Good organizational skills
