Position: Bookkeeper – Hybrid/Onsite (Batangas City)
Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to manage payroll, maintain accurate financial records, and support our accounting operations. This role requires a strong grasp of bookkeeping principles, proficiency in accounting software, and a commitment to accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate financial records.
- Process payroll accurately and on schedule.
- Conduct bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports.
- Perform other accounting or administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Hands-on experience in payroll management.
- Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and records accurately.
- High level of integrity, intelligence, and adaptability.
- Quick learner with a positive work attitude.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
