Job Responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing
- Process biweekly/semi-monthly payroll for employees across multiple U.S. states, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with state and federal laws.
Compliance & Record Keeping
- Maintain payroll records and reports in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and coordinate with external vendors where applicable.
- Maintain digital employee files related to payroll, benefits, and compliance.
Cross-Department Coordination
- Liaise with finance and HR to ensure accurate payroll inputs and data consistency.
- Assist in onboarding/offboarding employees with respect to payroll and HR documentation.
Financial Reconciliation
- Reconcile payroll-related general ledger accounts and assist with month-end and year-end payroll closings.
Benefits Administration
- Support benefits administration, including enrollments, deductions, and changes.
Employee Support
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, or administrative procedures.
- Reporting & Administrative Support
- Prepare reports and summaries for management as needed.
- Support ad hoc administrative tasks related to HR and operations.
- Set up and maintain employee payroll information including tax withholdings, benefits deductions, direct deposits, garnishments, and bonuses.
Job Requirements:
Payroll Experience
- 3+ years of experience in payroll processing, Accounting Task, specifically in multi-state U.S. payroll.
- Tracking and Updating Purchase Orders
Regulatory Knowledge
- Solid knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
Technical Proficiency
- Experience with payroll software PAYLOCITY,
- NETSUITE
- Hubspot Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php45,000.00 per month
