The ideal candidate will be proficient in Xero and/or QuickBooks, with a solid understanding of Australian accounting practices, GST, and BAS reporting. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. Your role will also include ensuring compliance with Australian tax regulations and providing financial insights to support the client's business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing and payment processing.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and invoicing.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and lodge BAS (Business Activity Statements) and other compliance reports.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with Australian tax laws and accounting standards.
- Liaise with the client and external stakeholders, such as auditors and tax advisors, as needed.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
- Other Adhoc tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
