- Ensures the stores' Sales & Store-Level Profit Achievement
- Manages selling space and merchandise to ensure stores sales performance achievement.
- Oversees Inventory & Expense Control
- Ensures preventive measures for shrinkage control to maintain acceptable inventory shrinkage measured as a percentage of sales.
- Ensures Customer Service Standards are executed at all time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Male / Female
- At least College level or graduate of any 4-year course
- With experience in any Retail store is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Willing to be assigned in Tacloban City
