Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing key operational projects, particularly those involving sourcing, securing hubs, permit processing, and asset/facility management. The role requires effective coordination with various departments to ensure compliance with business and operational requirements. This position involves both temporary project-based assignments and long-term responsibilities related to regulatory compliance.
Immediate Deliverables:
1. Service Hubs
Source and secure appropriate locations for hubs as instructed.
Liaise with property owners, brokers, and local contacts to finalize site selections.
2. Permit Processing (Temporary)
- Facilitate and oversee the processing of all necessary permits for temporary operations (e.g., barangay clearances, occupancy permits, business permits, and other government-required documentation).
- Coordinate with the Asset and Legal teams to ensure all requirements are met within project timelines.
3. Cebu Asset, Vehicle, and Facilities Oversight
- Monitor and address Cebu-related concerns involving company assets, vehicles, and facility upkeep.
- Coordinate with Cebu-based teams and service providers to ensure functionality, security, and compliance.
Permanent Assignment Responsibilities:
1. Permit Compliance (All Areas)
- Monitor and ensure timely securing, renewal, and compliance of all business and operational permits across all company areas/sites.
- Maintain a tracking system for permit expirations, renewal deadlines, and submission schedules.
- Collaborate with Admin, Legal, and LGU representatives to avoid delays and penalties.
2. Documentation and Coordination
- Consolidate and maintain a centralized record of all permits, applications, renewals, and official communications.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding the status of permits and related compliance matters.
- Work closely with teams handling assets, fleet, admin, legal, and engineering to support permit-related requirements and ensure alignment with operations.
Other Assignments:
- Perform other related duties and special assignments as may be required by the Supervisor or Management.
- Lead and manage the handling of new area hubs, including:
Sourcing of location (site visit, suitability check, lease details, etc.)
Coordinating and securing internal endorsements to the appropriate user departments (Admin, Operations, Asset)
Facilitating the regulatory process (Barangay clearance, Business Permits, Fire Safety, DOLE, DENR, etc.).
- Ensure complete turnover of hubs, assets, and responsibilities to relevant departments with supporting documentation.
- Maintain oversight of vehicles, facilities, and equipment, ensuring condition, assignment, and utilization are aligned with company requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of progress, delays, and permit compliance status.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
Male/Female
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
At least 3–5 years of experience in project management or operations
Familiarity with permit processing and government regulatory compliance
Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills
Willingness to travel and oversee multi-site concerns

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
