Job Summary:
LOLC Bank Philippines, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Branch-Lite Unit Head to lead the Dasmariñas branch. This role requires strong leadership, banking expertise, and a proven track record in branch operations and business growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage overall branch operations.
- Drive sales, marketing, and business development.
- Oversee loan evaluation and approvals.
- Supervise staff and monitor performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and compliance.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in banking or finance, with 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related course (preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Solid knowledge of banking products and branch operations.
- Results-driven, client-focused, and sales-oriented.
- With a valid driver’s license.
