Qualifications and Standards
- College degree preferred in business or related field
- With basic accounting knowledge
- With 3 years experience in Restaurant management
- Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
- Strong communication , problem solving and decision making skills to effectively resolve customer and employee issues.
- Results driven and customer focused
- Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations
Duties and Responsibilities
- Create a culture of training and development.
- Lead by example as a proactive team player.
- Directing all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration and sales in accordance with the bank’s objectives
- Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
- Maintain, manage and monitor all customer related operational issues.
- Facilitate regular team meetings focused on sales, service and product training.
- Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience.

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
