About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Branch Manager to join our dynamic team at MOTOR ACE PHILIPPINES & HONDA MOTOR WORLD, INC. in Hinoba-an Negros Oriental As our Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our local branch, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and lead a team of sales and collections to our customer service professionals to achieve branch-level sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Oversee the efficient and effective operation of the branch, including inventory management, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and implement effective sales strategies
- Foster a positive and collaborative work culture that encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners
- Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the organization by providing insights and recommendations to senior management
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales management or branch management role, preferably within the motorcycle or related industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in driving sales, managing budgets, and achieving performance targets
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, trends, and best practices
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
