We’re on the lookout for a passionate and results-driven Branch Operations Manager to lead one of our branches in our Lending Company.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2–5 years experience in the lending, microfinance, or banking industry.
3. At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in branch operations.
3. Strong knowledge of loan processing, credit evaluation, and collection procedures.
4. Familiar with regulatory compliance and risk management in financial services.
5. High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism.
6. Able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and branch performance targets.
7. Willing to work on-site and travel for field operations when necessary.
