DESCRIPTION
The Branch Operations Assistant position requires good communication and social skills in conducting interview with loan applicants. The major tasks include gathering of client information through personal interview, evaluating credit worthiness, verifying submitted documents, assessing loan amount request, background checking, encoding of client data, loan processing and loan releasing. Other tasks include replying to online inquiries, online advertising and minor administrative duties and responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/ Banking and Finance/Accountancy/or any other business related courses.
2. Preferably with experience in any Financial or Lending Institution.
3. Has strong attention to detail.
4. Exceptional communication and customer service skill.
5. Excellent analytical skill.
Fresh graduate of any business related courses are also welcome to apply.
