Branch Operations Lead
JOB SUMMARY
Mainly responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of his/her respective Branch/Branches. The position is tasked to ensure that the Branch regularly meets its goals and objectives, as well as strategically growing the business in a way that meets the organizational aspirations and effectiveness.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
On Branch Operations
- Ensures smooth and efficient Branch operations, acts as the custodian of the Branch and liaises with the Regional Sales & Operations Manager and Head Office to enhance operational activities.
- Ensures internal controls, processes and procedures
- Escalates high level client concerns and reports on operational effectiveness to middle and top management
- Manages all members of the Branch to meet and exceed the annual sales target and provides outstanding customer service
- Directs all operational aspects including distribution operations, warehousing, credible inventory, customer service, people & culture, administration and finance with the over all objectives of the Branch
- Ensures effective and efficient inventory system with the Central Warehouse
- Ensures over all customer satisfaction and loyalty; collaborates with CSR Head Office for support and further strategies
- Developing forecasts, financial objectives, manpower complement and business plans
- Provides learning, growth, effective coaching and people management for the Branch Team
- Locates areas of improvement and proposes corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
- Creates and regularly provides reports on the performance of all departments/sections
- Attends to all audit standards and regulatory/ compliance issues
On Sales Operations/Support
- Develops awareness on sales strategies and plans to support and increase Branch revenue and market share
- Co-analyzes data on sales performance, competitor activity and customer satisfaction to assist in the development of strategies for increasing sales volume
- Consistently meets and communicates with valued clients to discuss products, prices, customer service related needs, delivery schedules and other business issues
- Strongly establishes relationships with new clients to increase business potentials and opportunities for the company
- Stays abreast of competing markets and provides reports on market movement and penetration
- Collectively generates ideas and procedures with the team members to increase Branch sales performance
- Supports the formulation of relevant sales activities, collaborates on marketing initiatives and promotional campaign
- Creates reports on revenues, growth and profitability
- Ensures leveraging Branch sales office resources and administrative/ Talent support to achieve personal and team relate revenue goals
- Liaises with other Branches to share strategies
Required Experience & Credentials
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Administration, Marketing or any related field
- Must at least have a 3-year successful experience as Branch Lead (officer level) preferably in the FMCG Industry
- Must have sufficient knowledge and inclination on Sales, Marketing, Finance and People Resources; on modern management techniques and best practices
- Must have excellent Operational Management skills
