MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
✔ Must be a graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
✔ At least 1 year of working experience in logistics and experienced in e-commerce.
✔ Has held a leadership role in a division or team, within a warehouse or branch operations.
✔ With good communication skills and analytical skills
✔ Strong background in Logistics Operations or E-Commerce.
✔ Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills and able to collaborate with the operations team.
✔ Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Powerpoint, & Google Suite,
● JOB SUMMARY:
✔ Manage day-to-day branch operations, including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch and receiving of in-transit parcels, also inventory control within the area of operation.
✔ Overseeing and directing employees job responsibilities.
✔ Managing daily routes and schedules of delivery riders to achieve daily targets.
✔ Collects employees DTR (Daily Time Record) and payroll information.
✔ Assessment and investigation of reported delivery concerns such as problematic parcels, wrong code or items, missing or lost parcels and other issues regarding operations SOP.
✔ Assists Customer Support team in call outs to solve Customer support escalations
✔ Conducts process improvement initiatives & implements / spearhead projects geared towards increasing branch productivity.
✔ Cascades and implements information and directives based on the direction and instruction from the Management through the HR Head or directly from the General Manager.
✔ Monitors the attendance of all branch employees, which includes absences, tardiness, and leaves.
✔ Review and process purchase requests based on current inventory and allocation of supplies, materials, equipments and all kinds of fixed asset.
✔ Reports , assess and investigate any incident or irregularities ocurred within the area of responsibility.
✔ Oversees the branch manpower allocation and its pre-requisites to maintain quality workforce of the branch with the assistance of HR Department.
✔ Ensure procedures and regulations are enforced.
✔ Performs other related duties as assigned.
