KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
1. Delivery of Assigned Sales Targets
2. New Brokers Accreditation and Activation
3. Re-activation of Existing Brokers/Sellers
4. Effective Implementation of Sales Programs for Broker Partners
5. Acceptable Satisfaction Rating from supported Sales Network
6. Timely resolution of sales documentation and other related concerns
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Master all project details/facts, pricing and payment options/terms of all assigned Moldex projects which includes keeping abreast with all Marketing Circulars issued on a regular basis.
- Recruitment of potential Brokers and Reactivation of previously accredited Brokers who can help in the realization of the Network’s required Sales Quota.
- Instrumental to the implementation of strategies and techniques to retain loyalty, retention and regular productivity of Brokers and Marketing Arms
- Extends support and strengthen relationships with Brokers and Marketing Arms not limited to assisting Brokers and their clients, when needed, during sales generating activities.
- Ensures timely processing of all budget memo/RFPs/Liquidation Reports.
- Maintains accurate records of attendance and required timings of broker events;
- Prepares prompt post evaluation reports on both Company initiated and Broker Initiated activities such as but not limited to Saturation, Roadshow, Exhibits, Open Houses.
- Maintains a collaborative working relationships with Sales Recruitment and Training Group,
- Marketing Management Group, Sales Documentation Department and other operating units to ensure alignment and support of Broker Network Initiatives.
- Ensures timely submission of the required reports including but not limited to the following:
1. Production report per projects and per broker group
2. Documentation report
3. Broker recruitment report
4. Broker activation report
5. Calendar of activities
6. Pre and Post activity reports
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of / Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent
- Preferably with 1-4 years of working experience specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Applications
- With excellent written and spoken communication skills, and presentation skills
