Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar broker relations or real estate marketing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with brokers
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Familiarity with the condominium and residential property market in the local area
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
