JOB SUMMARY
The Land Acquisition Associate will support the company's expansion by assisting in the identification and acquisition of land for future developments and projects. This role involves conducting site visits and performing basic evaluations to determine a property's suitability for development. The associate will also gather and review key property information, such as ownership details, pricing, location, and legal status, to help ensure informed and strategic decision-making in land acquisition efforts.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES
- Assist in identifying and acquiring land for new developments and future company projects.
- Conduct site visits and basic evaluations to assess the property's potential for development.
- Collect and review property information, including ownership, pricing, location, and legal status.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to time.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education:Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or an equivalent level of knowledge.
Experience:Preferably with relevant experience in real estate. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
