Responsible for providing accurate data entry necessary to the needs of the organization and its clients.
- Data Entry
- Encodes information into various automated systems by adhering to Crawford's standard operating procedure (SOP) with regards to data entry
- Checks data initially entered for accuracy and completeness
- Communicates with concerned person/s to request additional information or to confirm for corrections if necessary
- Complies with the given turnaround time to accomplish the entry of information into the system
- Business Process Support
- Routes certain processes to other Business Process Associates if needed or as assigned
- Responds to any queries regarding matters of work in a customer-oriented approach
- Refers matters beyond limits of authority and expertise to immediate superior for direction
- Upholds the Crawford Code of Conduct by protecting the confidentiality of information
- Performs variety of administrative duties and other related tasks from time to time as assigned to contribute to other business processes
- Non-clinical staff may not conduct any activities that require interpretation of clinical information, including but not limited to, the choosing of a set of criteria to use for handling a request for healthcare services or treatments.
- Bachelor's degree in any related course.
- Zero to one (1) year of data entry, administrative and/or database management work experience.
- Proficient typing skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet softwares.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Keen attention to details in order to produce quality output.
- Maintains high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Interpersonal skills - Able to work independently and as a team member.
