- Prepare the utensils and materials as well as the products to be display
- Check the materials and utensils before putting the display chiller
- Check the standard cut- ups before displaying the products
- Proper ordering, receiving deliveries with exact weight and number of items delivered
- Check the quality of the delivered items
- Check and monitor the expiration date of the products
- Monitor the stocks
- FIFO (Fist-in, First-out)
- Maintain and observe cleanliness of the area.
- Update sales and report
- Push or promote the products or do the suggestive selling.
- Excellent good service and assist the customer well.

Duties and Responsibilities
Butcher
1. Receive, inspect the meat upon delivery.
2. Weight, wrap and display the meat.
3. Break down pork and beef carcass.
4. Cut bone or grind pieces of meat.
5. Cut or prepare meat to specify to customer order.
6. Maintain the cleanliness in the area.
7. Operate Bone Saw, Slicer as well as Grinder.
