Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a CAD Technician in Plaridel, Bulacan. The ideal candidate will create detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings, system details, and shop drawings used for manufacturing, quoting, and installation of high-performance PU spray foam and panel-based roofing systems or cold storage solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed CAD drawings (2D/3D) for custom polyurethane roofing applications.
- Develop roof system details , including flashing, penetrations, insulation layers, and coating specifications.
- Translate client proposals or site measurements into technical layouts and installation plans.
- Collaborate with Sales and Application Engineers to provide accurate material takeoffs and cost estimates.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, fire ratings, and energy efficiency standards.
- Support the production team by preparing shop drawings and fabrication templates.
- Update and maintain as-built drawings and design libraries.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
- Experience: 3+ years in AutoCAD, or similar software.
- Knowledge of roofing systems , especially polyurethane foam roofing , is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with construction terminology , materials, and building envelope systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical documents and schematics.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Production teams.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
