Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day café operations, ensuring a smooth and welcoming environment for guests.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to deliver excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with the Head Chef on menu planning and specials.
- Handle inventory management, supplier coordination, and café supply orders.
- Monitor sales and expenses, ensuring the café meets profitability and sustainability goals.
- Implement systems to improve service efficiency and guest experience.
- Lead the team in relation to workshops, events, and café service as needed.
- Support Kai farms' tours, workshops, and other learning and creative events by aligning café operations with scheduled activities, providing refreshments, and ensuring guest comfort during these activities.
- Actively collaborate with the team to help enhance event experiences at Kai Farms.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality management.
- Strong customer service orientation an ability to create a warm, and welcoming environment.
- Skills in staff leadership, scheduling, and training.
- Inventory and supplier management experience.
- Basic understanding of sales and expense monitoring to maintain profitability and sustainability.
- Experience or interest in event management, with the ability to support and align café operations with learning programs, workshops, and creative events.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine enjoyment of interacting with people from various backgrounds.
- Ability to problem-solve calmly and efficiently in a dynamic farm and café setting.
- POS System operation.
- Willing to work weekends and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
