In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. You will engage with customers through outbound calling, assisting them with inquiries, and promoting our services. Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Promote products and services to potential clients through effective sales techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client satisfaction and improve service delivery.
- Utilize multilingual skills to assist a diverse clientele when necessary.
- Follow up on leads generated from previous calls to maximize sales opportunities.
Experience
- Previous experience in sales or client services is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English; additional multilingual capabilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in using office software and computer systems for data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to type efficiently while engaging in conversations with clients.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
