Position Summary:
The Campaign Manager plays a pivotal role in activating and optimizing DemandScience’s marketing campaigns across digital channels. Reporting to the Director of Operations and Demand Generation, this role is responsible for the execution, coordination, and monitoring of multichannel campaigns that support lead generation, pipeline growth, and brand awareness.
In addition to managing campaign delivery, this role provides project coordination support for select high-priority marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives in fast-paced environments where deadlines are tight, goals are ambitious, and marketing performance matters.
Essential Job Functions “What You’ll Do”:
- Manage campaign execution. Support campaign setup, QA, launch, and ongoing monitoring across web personalization, internal display, email nurture, email signature tools, and database activation.
- Organize campaign plans and timelines. Maintain campaign calendars, timelines, and workback schedules in collaboration with the Director of Operations and Demand Gen and other marketing stakeholders.
- Coordinate across functions. Partner with stakeholders in creative, content, demand generation, partner marketing, and operations to ensure campaigns are aligned, delivered on time, and properly resourced.
- Monitor campaign performance. Assist with campaign tracking, reporting, and optimizations; flag issues and recommend adjustments to improve campaign impact.
- Improve marketing workflows. Contribute to checklists, documentation, templates, and processes that support scalable, repeatable execution and smooth team operations.
Essential Qualifications “What You’ll Need”:
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, campaign coordination, or project management
- Strong understanding of lead generation and digital marketing channels, campaign lifecycles, and Martech tools (e.g., display ad platforms, email marketing tools, CRM systems, web personalization platforms)
- Experience managing cross-functional timelines and collaborating with marketing teams
- Proficiency in project and workflow tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, or equivalent)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to keep stakeholders aligned and informed
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and solving issues
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is open to feedback
- Adaptable and flexible; able to shift priorities and balance execution with coordination
