Purpose of the Job:
- To establish and build candidate relationships, through networking via phone, and digital channels.
- Network to identify new business opportunities through utilising our strong network and market experience.
- Have an active candidate facing role, and responsible for candidate talent pools.
- High quality and accurate candidate and market data and information is entered into systems.
- Achieving KPI’s set.
Key Functions:
- Candidate Management
- Build and maintain authentic client relationships through listening and then positioning the relevant opportunities and services we provide, whilst providing market intelligence and carer advise.
- Ensure the post-placement support and management of recruitment services including that the candidate is satisfied with the outcome.
- Collaborate with our internal candidate consultant team to ensure the delivery of capability and talent across your clients.
- Proactively talent pool and market opportunities via the appropriate channels including social media and job boards.
- Manage your agreed pools of talent to ensure that ability to provide a prompt turn around.
- Ensure all notes from meetings, and information relating to the candidates and specific engagements are stored in the CRM.
- Pass on relevant market intelligence and lead to consultants and the leadership team.
- Delivery Management
- Support Consultants with the evaluation and shortlisting of candidates by completing the required screening, interviewing, testing and reference checking.
- Ensure the timely communication and expectations are set with candidates before, during, and post the recruitment process.
- Collaborate and support your consultant team in the candidate management, talent pooling, and delivery management.
- Compliance and Continuous Improvement
- Ensure all candidate compliance is completed and registration of candidates are completed and kept up to date.
- Ensure all candidate information and data is correctly filled out and put on our CRM.
- Maintain and contributing to a clean, safe, and healthy workplace and adhering to wider company Health & Safety obligations
- Maintaining adherence to all company policies
Key Performance Indicators:
- Consistently making 3 placements a month
- 8 Unique Client Interviews per month
- 15 Candidates Interviews per week
- Ensure all clients, candidates, and systems have accurate data and information stored on them.
Experience Required:
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in either phone or face to face based sales or support
- Proven administration skills in a fast paced environment
- Background in the recruitment industry preferred
