JOB SUMMARY:
The Cash Custodian staff/ Cashier staff is responsible for processing and releasing cash for everyday transactions within operations. Their duties include properly recording transactions, balancing cash funds daily, and replenishing funds. In the absence of the Accounts Payable (AP) staff, they may also assist with the processing of payables.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure accurate cash handling and maintain financial record-keeping.
- Monitoring daily transactions for liquidations.
- Providing friendly and efficient service during transactions, and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors, both verbally and in writing.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues during transactions
- Pay close attention to detail, especially when recording in accounting system.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or other Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in cashiering or payable roles.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Accounting software and systems is a plus.
- Attributes:
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Living in or nearby Paranaque City

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
