- Customer service: Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve issues
- Cash handling: Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions
- Record keeping: Issue receipts and ensure accurate transaction records
- Cash drawer: Balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift
- Inventory: Assist with basic inventory management and restocking
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Orders: Take and make copy orders accurately
