Must consistently be able to assess, anticipate and meet guest’s needs and respond quickly without losing focus or projecting a mood that detracts from guest’ dining experience.
Responsible in handling flawless execution of discounts, reductions, voids, and promotions.
Responsible in safekeeping all documents those are related to cashiering.
Responsible in handling careful transactions e.g., customer bad check or credit card, shortage from cash register (POS), and avoiding customer’s walk out without paying.
