Responsibilities:
- First-line technical assistance and troubleshooting for CCTV related issues.
- Monitor CCTV Footage across Ahnex Group Network
- Incident Response and Reporting across Ahnex Group Network
- Maintain and Install CCTV Systems across Ahnex Group Network
- CCTV Project Management and Implementation
- Footage Review and Evidence Collection
- Follow Safety procedures
- Follow Security Protocols
- Other IT related assigned task: IT related devices issuance; IT related consumable issuance and budgetting; User Account support and management (Azure, Accounting System, Shared drive, VPN, M365); Data Archiving and Recovery (QnE, Payroll, Outlook, OneDrive); Technical support for events and meetings; IT Training for end-user
Qualifications:
- Graduate of IT related courses (BSCpE, BSIT, BSComSci)- Certification in IT is a plus but not required (ex. CompTIA)
- 1 year work experience as IT Specialist, Technical Support, Computer
Technologist, Electronic Technologist
- Knowledgeable on repairs and maintenance of IT related equipment such as (Monitor, Printers, CPU Boards, PSU, CCTV, NVRs, Network Equipment.
- In-depth understanding of CCTV Technology, Operation and monitoring of analog and IP-based CCTV systems.
- Familiarity with different CCTV systems of DVRs, NVRs, and other video management software.
- Proficiency in using cameras, monitors, and recording systems
- Knowledge of camera lenses, positioning, adjustments and controls
- Hardware troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing CCTV hardware failures. Replacing defective parts and performing upgrades
- Understanding of LAN/WAN setups. Basic knowledge of network cabling, switches, access points, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows, MacOS, and Linux.
- Knowledge of BIOS and firmware updates and configuration.
- Setup and maintenance of IT related peripheral devices in relation to CCTV system.- With knowledge of using diagnostic tools for hardware testing (ex. Multi-Tester, Fiber tester, CCTV Tester, Continuity Tester)
- Ability to diagnose issues systematically and efficiently
- Ability to communicate efficiently by explaining technical issues to non-technical users.
- Time Management skills to prioritize tasks and managing technical support request in a timely manner.
- Attention to detail, ensuring hardware installations and maintenance meet ISO standards.
- Data Handling; Exporting and saving video footage securely for evidence or review
- Basic knowledge and understanding in Electrical and Electronics
- With knowledge in preparing service reports and evaluation reports
