The Chief Mechanic is responsible for managing the repair, maintenance, and overall performance of all construction equipment, vehicles, and heavy machinery. This role ensures that all equipment is operational, safe, and efficient to support continuous project activities. The Chief Mechanic will lead a team of mechanics and coordinate closely with project managers, site engineers, and operations teams.
