1. Accurate and timely completion of installation programs for gaming machines related systems, gaming machines hardware, and Table games equipment
2. Accurate and timely completion of machine moves, conversions, and configurations, in addition to system changes, updates and configurations
3. Maintaining integrity of gaming machines assets, including system, jackpot and machine configurations.
4. Functionality of gaming equipment – optimum operational levels
5. PAGCOR Compliance/Adherence to applicable standards in gaming machine operations
6. Adherence to all relevant Policies and Procedures

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Chief Technician is responsible for assisting management in all areas of technical operations including preventative maintenance, repairs, conversions, installation and upgrades to all Gaming Machines and other gaming equipment.
The Chief Technician is responsible for overseeing a particular team of technicians on a particular shift, or project.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develops a culture that promotes and maintains a high level of morale in the team, and develops positive working relationships with all related departments
2. Builds an environment where staff have the opportunity to develop personally and
3. professionally, fostering a harmonious workplace and ensuring that they be recognized for their consistent contribution towards attaining departmental and company goals
4. Treats all staff with respect and fairly. Ensure absenteeism and staff turnover are
5. maintained at a reasonable level. Effectively manage staff counselling and disciplinary action in accordance with City of Dreams Manila’s policies & procedures and departmental performance standards.
6. Actively manages staff to ensures a high standard of service is delivered in line with departmental Service Standards
7. Promotes the importance of positive customer City of Dreams Manila relations
8. Ensures a safe and clean environment for customers
9. Delivers a quality customer experience, in a welcoming and entertaining
10. environment, providing value and always conducted with integrity
11. Maximizes the productivity of technicians and other contractors ensuring that all repairs configurations/installations and maintenance are completed in a timely manner with minimal down time and disruption
12. Maintains the slot accounting database and related system configuration in addition to overseeing the administration of the Company’s electronic gaming machines, spare parts and other gaming equipment.
13. Develops a sound working relationship to enhance dealings with manufacturers/
14. external suppliers ensuring maximum service to the Company.
15. Inspects and tests new software, hardware and gaming machines for use at City of Dreams Manila.
16. Reports new faults and other relevant information to manufacturers as require
17. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this position, the team member is frequently required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.

Tertiary qualification or trade certificate in electronics preferred.

1. Sound Command of English in both oral and written forms
